Moving files from old pc to new

To move software's from one computer to another we mostly use LAN or we use application such as shareit/xender but these are banned in India aslo the data transferring is too slow.

There is an software which can move software from one computer to other, which lets you select individual files and folders to move from the host. The software lets you choose user account you want to use if you have multiple users. You can also choose filter option on file type. Example, you can choose not to transfer movie or music files, because they are larger files which might slow down the moving process.
